CapsuleAI · continuous monitoring

it is still watching after we leave.

CapsuleAI fuses live room sensors, 3D hygrothermal simulation and AI species detection into one system, so a wall in trouble is found before anything is visible.

One platform

three things, working on the same room.

Each pillar is useless alone. Sensors without a model are a graph; a model without sensors is a guess; neither of them can tell you which species is on the wall.

Pillar one

it measures

Wireless sensors stream humidity, temperature, dew point and wall moisture every few minutes, from the rooms that actually matter.

Pillar two

it simulates

A 3D model of the room runs the physics forward: where moisture will travel and where it will condense, hours before it does.

Pillar three

it recognises

Vision models trained on certified lab samples name the species in field imagery, and flag lab-data anomalies against the room’s own history.

How it runs

a loop, not a visit.

Five stages that never stop handing to each other. The last one changes what the first one watches for.

  1. Site assessment & 3D captureWe scan the property, find the high-risk zones and build a 3D model of every monitored room.
  2. Continuous telemetrySensors stream humidity, temperature, dew point and wall moisture every few minutes.
  3. Hygrothermal simulationThe engine runs the room forward, projecting where moisture and condensation will go.
  4. AI species & anomaly detectionImagery is classified, lab-data outliers are flagged, and drift is surfaced early.
  5. Predictive alerts & reportsReal-time alerts with explainable risk scores, plus monthly trends, on any device.

Every alert teaches the model what this building does next

What gets installed

hardware you can point at.

Professional-grade equipment, installed and maintained by our specialists, not a consumer gadget with an app.

IoT environmental sensor

Humidity, temperature, dew point and wall moisture. Industrial-grade, long battery life, wireless.

Site gateway

Collects every room in the building and keeps reporting through a home network outage.

Dashboard & alerts

Every room across every property in one view, with export, audit log and push alerts.

What you get

one screen for every room you own.

Live data, the simulation on top of it, and the reasoning behind every score, exportable, audit-logged and shareable.

  • Live sensor data with 3D simulation overlays
  • Scenario runs: change humidity, ventilation or weather
  • AI species reports linked to the room they came from
  • Predictive alerts hours before a threshold is crossed
  • Sensor hardware installed and maintained by us
  • A named environmental specialist on call

Before you book

What people ask about monitoring.

What does the sensor actually measure?

Relative humidity, temperature, particulates (PM2.5 and PM10), volatile organic compounds and CO₂, every few minutes, in each room where it sits. From humidity and temperature over time the system works out how many hours a day the wall is in conditions mold grows in.

Does monitoring replace an inspection?

No, it complements one. The inspection says what is there today; monitoring says whether the conditions keep coming back, and warns before the next stain appears. After remediation it is the only way to know the fix actually worked, instead of waiting for next winter to find out.

Does it need installation or an electrician?

No. The sensor plugs into a socket and joins the home Wi-Fi, and is reporting within minutes. We place it during a visit in the right room at the right height, or ship it with instructions. No drilling, no cables.

Who is continuous monitoring for?

Anyone who has already treated mold and wants to be sure it does not return, families with children or asthma, rented flats and offices that need an ongoing record, and larger buildings where one visit cannot cover every room in every season.
