CO2 (carbon dioxide)
ppm · reference ≤ 1,000How well the room is ventilated for the number of people in it. High CO2 is what makes a meeting room or a closed bedroom feel heavy, and is linked to tiredness and poorer concentration.
Seven parameters in every room you live or work in, each one read against the World Health Organization guideline or a recognised indoor reference value. You get a colour-coded report that shows which rooms are fine, which need attention and what to change.
Each parameter answers a different question: is the room ventilated, is something releasing gas, is there dust in the air, is it damp. Together they show what is going on and where it comes from.

The combined load of gases given off by paint, glue, new furniture, cleaning products and air fresheners. Typically raised after a renovation or a move.
An irritant gas released mainly by pressed-wood furniture, new kitchen cabinets and some flooring and insulation. The WHO sets an indoor guideline value of 0.1 mg/m³.
Particles small enough to reach deep into the lungs, from cooking, smoke, traffic and the dust events Israel knows well.
Coarser dust, pollen and mold fragments breathed in through the nose and throat, often from air conditioners and filters overdue for cleaning.
Read with humidity to judge thermal comfort and the dew point, the temperature at which a cold wall starts to collect condensation.
The moisture held in the air. Above 60 % for long periods it feeds mold and dust mites; below 30 % it dries eyes, skin and airways.
Air drawn through spore trap cassettes during the same visit, with an outdoor control sample, and the spores identified and counted by an accredited laboratory.
For families who want to know what they breathe at night, after a renovation, before moving into a new flat or when someone at home keeps waking up congested.
For employers, office managers and building managers who need a documented baseline of the air their people work in, room by room.
Every inspection measures all seven parameters and ends with a written report. Tell us about your space and we send you a written quote before the visit.
A visit takes one to two hours for a typical home and longer for an office floor. Nothing needs preparing beyond living in the space as usual.
Each room is a row and each parameter a column. The colour tells you where to look first, and the recommendations tell you what to do about it.
An air quality inspection measures, on site and by direct reading, what the air in each room is made of: ventilation (CO2), gases from materials and furniture (TVOC and formaldehyde), particles, temperature and humidity. A mold inspection looks for the mold itself and the moisture behind it, with samples sent to a laboratory. An airborne mold spore count can be added to the air quality inspection in the same visit.
Particles against the WHO Global Air Quality Guidelines 2021, formaldehyde against the WHO indoor air guideline and Health Canada, TVOC against the German Environment Agency guide levels, and CO2, temperature and humidity against the European standard EN 16798-1 categories. The reference values are printed in the report beside each column.
In a house or an apartment, every living area and bedroom is measured. For offices and businesses the inspection covers up to 5 rooms, and further rooms can be added on request. An airborne mold spore count can be added to either inspection, and everything is set out on your written quote.
Results and the final report arrive within 10 to 14 business days. The report closes with an expert summary and practical recommendations on ventilation, air purification and sources to remove, and a follow-up measurement after the changes shows whether the values are back in range.
