A standard residential inspection takes 60–90 minutes; larger properties or commercial spaces may require 2–3 hours. Lab results and the final report arrive within 10 to 14 business days. Complex findings, lab confirmations, or commercial inspections may take longer. When they do, we keep you updated and share interim findings where possible.
No. Our inspections are non-invasive and odor-free. You can stay home and follow along. Our inspectors will explain each step as they work.
No special preparation is needed. If possible, keep windows closed for a few hours before the visit so air samples reflect everyday conditions, and don't clean or disturb any visible growth. An untouched surface tells our inspectors far more.
We are an independent inspection and lab company. We do not perform remediation, which keeps our reports unbiased. We can recommend vetted remediators in your area.
