How we work

Measured, not guessed
Air samples at several points with an outdoor reference, moisture and thermal mapping through the walls, and a chain of custody for every sample. What can be counted is counted by a laboratory, not by eye.
One report everyone can read
The plain-language answer on page one, a score and a finding for every room, and a "fix first" list with cost ranges. The same document works at the kitchen table and in front of a judge.
Who we are

CapsuLabs was founded in Ra'anana by David Mizrahi, its founder and CEO, who leads the company and the system behind its reports and monitoring.
Field inspections are led by John Cohen, an InterNACHI Certified Mold Inspector (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). The certification followed the How to Perform Mold Inspections course, 41 credit hours with an exam.

Call and scheduling

On-site inspection
A room-by-room survey with a thermal camera, moisture meters and air and surface sampling equipment.
Laboratory analysis
The samples go to ISO 17025 accredited partner laboratories.

What is CapsuLabs?
CapsuLabs (CapsuLabs Dynamics Ltd) is an independent Israeli mold inspection and indoor air quality testing company, founded by David Mizrahi. We inspect homes, offices, schools and vehicles anywhere in Israel, from our office in Ra'anana.
Is CapsuLabs a laboratory?
We take the samples on site, measure moisture and heat, and interpret the results. The laboratory analysis itself is done by partner laboratories accredited to ISO 17025.
Why does it matter that the testing is independent?
Whoever profits from the repair, the sale or the claim cannot be the one who decides whether there is a problem. We earn the same whatever the result, so the report stands up in front of an insurer, a lawyer or a court.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Israel, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, the Sharon, the Shfela and Be'er Sheva. Every major city has its own page under service areas.
Can I get the inspection and the report in English?
Yes. We work in Hebrew and English, and the report is available in both.
