What this page is
This is the complete list of what CapsuLabs stores in your browser, and exactly what changes when you accept or refuse optional cookies. It is written to be checked: every name below is one you can find yourself in your browser's storage inspector.
Using this site is not consent. Optional cookies are set only after you choose "Allow all" in the cookie banner. Refusing costs you nothing: no part of the site is withheld, degraded or slowed, and you can change your mind at any time using the control further down this page.
How consent works here
- The banner appears on your first visit and offers two choices of equal weight, one click each. Neither is hidden behind a settings screen.
- The default is refusal. Before you answer, optional cookies are already off. We do not treat silence, scrolling or continued browsing as agreement.
- Closing the banner with the X is not consent either. It simply asks again next time.
- Your answer, and the date you gave it, is stored in this browser so you are not asked on every page.
Stored whatever you choose
These are what the site needs in order to do what you asked it to do, so they are exempt from prior consent under ePrivacy Article 5(3). Note that most of them are localStorage entries rather than cookies: only this site can read them, and they are never transmitted with a request.
Your settings
capsulabs_langis the language you chose to read the site in.capsulabs-themeis the light or dark appearance of the client portal and admin console.capsulabs_cookie_consentis your answer to the cookie banner and the date you gave it. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.
Retention: until you clear this browser's site data.
Your session and the chat
capsulabs_chat_history_v2keeps the transcript of the on-site chat window so it survives a page reload. It stays in this browser.sb-…-auth-tokenkeeps you signed in, and exists only if you have an account and are logged in. Retention: until you sign out.
Bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a human is filling in the sign-in, registration and quote-request forms. It runs only on those forms, and Cloudflare may set a short-lived challenge cookie while it does. This is the one cookie on the site that does not depend on your consent, because without it those forms are open to automated abuse.
Stored only if you allow it
Google Ads measurement
If you choose "Allow all", Google's advertising tag stores two things, so that a quote request can be connected back to the advertisement that brought you here:
_gcl_au, a cookie. Google documents its lifetime as 90 days._gcl_ls, the same linking information held in localStorage.
That is the entire list. There is no analytics product on this site, no session or screen recorder, no social network pixel, and no advertising cookie other than Google's.
What runs before you allow anything
This is the part most cookie policies leave out, so we should be plain about it. Google's tag is present on every page whether or not you consent, because it is what reports a completed quote request back to our advertising account. Until you allow cookies it runs in Google's restricted Consent Mode state, which means:
- it sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device;
- it strips the advertising identifier from the click that brought you here;
- it sends only a signal that carries no identifier and cannot be joined to you or to a later visit.
Google uses those signals to estimate, rather than to observe, how many people responded to an advertisement. If that is not acceptable to you, choosing "Essential only" keeps it in this state permanently, and your browser can block the tag outright.
Who else is involved
- Google receives the advertising signals described above, and nothing else from this page.
- Cloudflare performs the bot check on the three forms named above.
- Supabase hosts our application database and issues the session that keeps you signed in.
What each of them may do with personal data, and on what legal basis, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately: pressing this tells Google to stop straight away rather than at your next page load.
Your choice in this browser
You have not answered the banner yet. Until you do, the advertising tag is running without cookies.
This is stored per browser and per device, so a change here does not carry to your phone or another browser.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser's own settings. Be aware that clearing this site's storage will also sign you out, reset your language and make the banner ask again, because the entries in the first group live there too.
Governing Language
This Policy is published in English and Hebrew. For Clients ordinarily resident in Israel, the Hebrew version controls; for all other Clients, the version corresponding to the language of acceptance controls. Where any inconsistency arises, both versions will be read together to give reasonable effect to the parties' intent and to mandatory law.
Cookies on this site
We store only what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language, and checking you're not a bot. We also run Google's advertising tag on every page, to tell which ads bring people here. Until you allow it, that tag stores nothing on your device and sends Google only a basic, cookie-free signal. Allowing all lets it use cookies too. Cookie Policy · Privacy Policy
