Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 2026
1. Our Commitment
CapsuLabs is committed to making its public website and customer dashboard accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (5758-1998), the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations (5773-2013), and the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Conformance Status
Most pages on capsulabs.co.il are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test continually using a combination of automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen-reader audits. Where a non-conforming pattern is identified, we work to remediate it on our next release cycle.
3. Features We Provide
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on interactive controls, and visible focus styles for keyboard navigation.
- Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA on body and headline text.
- Form fields with associated
<label>elements and clear error messages. - A site-wide language toggle (English/Hebrew) with correct
langanddirattributes. - Modal dialogs that trap focus and can be closed with Esc.
3A. On-Site Accessibility Widget
A floating accessibility menu appears on every public page (look for the ♿ icon, lower-left in LTR / lower-right in Hebrew). The widget exposes the user-side adjustments required by the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations 5773-2013 §35.4 and Israeli Standard 5568:
- Text scaling: 100 % / 110 % / 125 % / 150 % / 200 %.
- Letter spacing and line height boosters for low-vision and dyslexic users.
- Readable-font override (system sans-serif).
- Highlight links and highlight headings for structure-focused reading.
- Colour modes: high contrast (WCAG 7:1 black-on-white), inverted colours, grayscale.
- Cursor: enlarged black or white pointer.
- Pause animations for vestibular sensitivity (stops CSS animations + GIF autoplay).
- Reading guide: horizontal line that follows the cursor.
- Skip-to-main-content quick action.
- Reset all: return to default in one click.
Settings persist on the user's device via localStorage and re-apply on every page load. No accessibility data leaves the browser.
4. Known Limitations
The following components are partially accessible and on our remediation roadmap:
- 3D simulation viewer (BioForensicDashboard / SimulationPage): the rotatable 3D model is mouse/touch-driven. A keyboard-equivalent navigation and a text-summary alternative are in development.
- Interactive charts (pentagon radar, growth-timeline) are visual; a tabular data alternative is provided in the report PDF.
- The Assistant Chatbot can be triggered by keyboard but rich quick-reply chips may not always announce their action verbosely. We are improving ARIA live-region announcements.
5. Accessibility Coordinator & Feedback
Per Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations 5773-2013 §35, CapsuLabs Dynamics Ltd designates an accessibility coordinator. If you encounter a barrier, need an alternative format, or wish to file an accessibility complaint:
- Coordinator: [Coordinator Name, pending appointment]
- Email: legal@capsulabs.co.il
- Postal: CapsuLabs Dynamics Ltd, [Registered address, see Legal Notice]
We aim to acknowledge accessibility-related correspondence within 5 business days and to remediate confirmed issues on the next release cycle. Where remediation is not feasible, we will provide the requested information or content in an accessible alternative format.
Complaints not satisfactorily resolved may be escalated to the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Ministry of Justice, Israel) at mugbaluyot@justice.gov.il.
6. Governing Language
This Statement is published in English and Hebrew. For Clients ordinarily resident in Israel, the Hebrew version controls; for all other Clients, the version corresponding to the language in which the Client accepted these terms controls.
