Services

mold and air quality testing. five ways to know, one clear report.

A visit that walks the whole property, a reading of the air in every room, a DNA test of the dust, a lab analysis of mold toxins, and monitoring that keeps working after we leave. Each one answers a different question, and they combine. Samples go to accredited partner laboratories, and the report arrives in 10 to 14 business days.

Five services

what each one measures.

Which one fits

start from the question, not the test.

Most people arrive with one situation in mind. This is how it turns into a test.

  1. You can see a stain, smell something musty, or there was a leak

    Recommended:Mold inspection
    Testing after water damage
  2. You are about to buy or rent a home

    Testing before you buy
  3. The mold was treated and you want to know what is left

    Mold and your health
  4. An office, a managed building, a daycare or a school

    Offices and managed buildings
  5. Stuffy rooms, a renovation or new furniture, headaches at the office

    Recommended:Indoor air quality
    Offices and managed buildings
  6. A dispute with a landlord, a contractor, a seller or an insurer

    Reports for claims and court

How it works

a call. a visit. a report.

The testing is independent, which is why insurers, lawyers and property managers rely on the report.

  1. A short call

Tell us what is happening in the property and get a quote for the test that answers your question.

  2. The visit and the samples

An inspector arrives with the instruments, walks the property in a fixed order and samples by protocol, with a record for every sample.

  3. The lab and the report

Samples go to accredited partner laboratories, and the report arrives in 10 to 14 business days, with the plain-language answer on page one.

Before you choose

what people ask before booking.

What is the difference between a mold inspection and an ERMI test?

A mold inspection is a visit: air and surface samples, moisture mapping and thermal imaging, which show what is happening now and where it comes from. An ERMI test is a DNA analysis of dust, and dust represents months of exposure rather than a single moment. Before buying a home, or when the visit leaves the question open, the two are combined.

Do I need every test?

No. Most properties start with a mold inspection, and on its own it answers most questions. ERMI, mycotoxins and monitoring are added when there is a question the visit cannot answer, and we say so before you book.

How soon do I get the report?

Within 10 to 14 business days of the visit. Most of that time is laboratory work: every sample is analysed and documented before the report is written.

How much does testing cost?

It depends on the size of the property, the number of samples and the laboratory tests needed. After a short call you get a written quote, with no obligation.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Israel, from Haifa to Be'er Sheva. Every service area has its own page, with the questions people there ask most.
